With a background in automation technology and experience across aviation, automotive, and advanced manufacturing, Kai brings a systems-led approach grounded in respect for traditional craft. His leadership emphasises clarity of process, accountability, and client focus, positioning Metrica as a long-term partner for the world’s most demanding interior projects, delivering performance beyond all measure.
