If you have a well-founded suspicion that employees or representatives of Metrica have committed violations within the meaning of Section 2 of the German Whistleblower Protection Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz – HinSchG), you may report this to our external reporting office:

Whistleblowers may also contact the external reporting offices of the Federal Government directly, namely the Federal Office of Justice (Bundesamt für Justiz), the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht) and the Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt), as well as, where available and competent, the external reporting offices of the German federal states (Länder). It should be noted that, in such cases, the investigation of the report and the implementation of the requirements under the Whistleblower Protection Act are the sole responsibility of the external reporting office.
